hello..
I apologizes for jumping into your blog out of nowhere. But I just love the way you think. Because I think we share the same thoughts.

Please keep writing what you are writing as it will help people to realized the needs for those homeless in their own community. Although, I don’t focus on all groups of homeless, and only focus on young children. But my main goal and purpose is exactly the same. Building a place for children so that they can come and eat whenever they feel hungry and a place where they can call home if needed.

yea it’s interesting how we adapt – its all about comfort – what we want to feel – not the way the world is meant for us to feel. If we didn’t have all the ‘modern luxuries’ i am sure we would adapt better … but with what we have, we are spoiled and therefore want more.. more… MORE!

The size of people’s meals, even at home, are just getting bigger and bigger. I wonder how much people are influenced by restaurant portion sizes?

I discovered that eating until I wasn’t hungry anymore was better than eating until I was so full I could barely breathe. Seems like common sense – at least it does now anyway.

I mean, I work in front of a computer all day and somedays the best exercise I get is stapling and hitting the backspace key.

I’m interested in seeing your menu for tomorrow!
