Breakfast:  Go ahead.  Have a bowl of cold cereal.  Any kind.  But, have a good-sized bowl.  On top of the cereal, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed.  On top of the flaxseed, slice 1 banana.  Top with 2% milk, 1% milk or skim milk.  Beverage;  2 cups of coffee or tea.  Whichever you prefer.  Whatever [...]

BREAKFAST:  2 eggs, scrambled (cooked with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil)
                     1/4 cup grated cheese (sprinkle on top of cooked eggs)
                     coffee or tea  (as many cups as you like)
MID-MORNING:  If you’re hungry – eat an apple.  Slowly drink 2 glasses of cold water.
LUNCH:  I’m not a lunch person but this will do.
