Yesterday, for the first time, I made a scallop soup. I had bought a package of frozen scallops and divided the package. It was delicious and I want to share it with you. When I make soup, I usually look through the fridge and cupboards to see what I can add.

When I go outside, I usually remember to put the answering machine on. Sometimes, I forget. Yesterday on the way back from the mailbox, the phone was ringing and the answering machine wasn’t on. In case it had been my husband calling, I pressed star 69. Here’s what was said:
